TRADITIONAL POSTPARTUM CARE IS MOTHER-CENTRED
when mothers thrive, their babies thrive, their families thrive, and their communities thrive
I believeā¦The postpartum time is a sacred rite of passage. The postpartum time is a unique opportunity for women to experience greater health than ever before. The body is wise and healing is always possible.
Iām a woman, mother, postpartum care practitioner, and holistic nutritionist.
So much of the work of mothering is about tending to ourselves, filling our own cup, and doing our own healing work. I became a mother in 2019 and my experiences have given me a truly embodied understanding of this.
It is a joy and honour to walk alongside women as they move through the postpartum transition and beyond. Iām here to offer my presence, as well as tools and support so that mothers may feel nourished and well for years to come.
